  • Your live-in carer will need use of a guest within your property for relaxation during their breaks and sleeping. Your carer will cook nutritious daily meals to your preference, you may wish to eat these together. Your carer will need to have a breaks each day.

  • A live-in carer will move into your home to provide you with daily care. Carers can work either 10 or 12 hours a day to suit your needs. If you require frequent support during the night, or cover during your carers break each day, we can support you to arrange this and also offer a hourly home care service.

  • We understand the importance of continuity and consistency of care and minimise changes to your care team as much as possible.

Your carers will be with you for a number of weeks at a time. If your main carer has arranged time off, we will always endeavour for a carer you know to provide cover to ensure consistency of care. In the event of your scheduled carer being unwell or absent due to extenuating circumstances, we have a rapid response and relief team of highly trained professional carers to provide care on short notice. Any changes to your care team will always be communicated to you and your loved ones as soon as possible.
